JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:
Android Development & Customization:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work with outside data sources and APIs.
- Integrations of third-party libraries and APIs with existing solutions and server connections.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Any other task given by the supervisor
COMPETENCY MATRIX:
Technical Skills
- Proficient in flutter and Java.
- Experience with Android SDK and third-party libraries and APIs.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for Android platforms.
- Experience in implementing secure and scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks for Android applications.
- Have published at least three original Android app.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Management Skills:
- Leadership Skills - Should be able to manage stressful situations in an emergency and uncertain situation.
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability
Key Attributes
- Good command in written and spoken English.
- Pleasant personality with flexibility on work hours.
- Good business communication and presentation skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering.
- Masters will be preferred.
Experience:
- 2-3 years professional experience in app development.
