GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Tech4Life Enterprises is looking for a Marketing and Sales officer based in Burlington, ON to contribute to business development and sales of its telemedicine and point of care products.
Reporting:
Manager, Marketing and Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Helps in improving Marketing and Sales by researching and developing marketing opportunities and clients; manages relationships with distributors and clients; Converts inquiries into sales.
Job Assignments:
- Helps develop direct and digital marketing and sales plans for different products.
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing performance; and initiating corrective actions.
- Conducts thorough research for market opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market size; and studying our own and competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
- Builds and maintains relationships with clients in North America and other parts of the world.
- Responds to clients’ inquiries and converts into sales.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Business Administration or equivalent. Masters would be preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience. Any experience with health-related hardware and software products preferred.
- Experience in following areas is highly desirable: e-commerce, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, People Management, Territory Management, Creative Services.
- Competent in IT skills, and able to confidently demonstrate tech devices to clients.
- Bilingual preferred– English and French
- Applicant must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent resident. Must be able to travel for conferences, exhibitions and client meetings within and outside Canada.

Salary:
$22 per hour for 40 hours a week. Paid bi-weekly
