Job Description:

GENERAL PURPOSE:
The “Junior Web Developer” is responsible for developing and customizing features of MDConsults and other projects catered by Tech4Life Enterprises. Along with that he/she is responsible to bring betterment within the present web solutions and contribute their best skills towards making them flawless. The junior web developer works closely with the Manager – Technology and Tech4Life management to accelerate the brand identity of software solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Web Development & Customization within MDConsults:
  • Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
  • Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas.
  • Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
  • Investigate, analyze and make recommendations to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades and modifications.
  • Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.
  • Create licenses, subdomains and customization required for the clients at the given timeline.
  • Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
  • Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types and integration of devices.
  • Continuously accept and incorporate customer and end user feedback to further improve our products.
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
  • To provide online support to the clients to some extent.
  • Any other task given by the Manager – Technology.

COMPETENCY MATRIX:

  • Must possess good skills for web research.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (such as Laravel, magento)
  • Proficient in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
  • Master’s will be preferred.

Experience:

  • One-year professional experience in web development.
  • Training/Courses: Certifications in Java script, Ajax, React.js will be preferred.

Work Hours:
5 days a week (42 hours/week), but must be available online in case of urgent tasks

20 – 30 years
